Conditions of participation
You are invited to take part in the third Russian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Forum (SME Forum), which will take place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (June 1–3, 2017).

Cost of participation
Participation in the Russian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Forum is on a paid basis.

Registration
If you are interested in attending the Forum, please complete an application on the website in the ‘Registration’ section.
The registration application must be completed by May 19, 2017. All fields marked with an asterisk in the application must be completed.
The applications for participation will be reviewed by the Forum organizers and, if approved, a written invitation will be sent to the individual who submitted the application. The Forum organizers may deny an invitation to the individual who submitted the application without explanation.
If approved, you must sign a contract, which will serve as confirmation and a guarantee for participation in the Forum.
After signing the contract, you will need to print an invoice from the participant’s Personal Web Office with the bank transfer payment details. Payment for participation must be made within 5 business days after signing the contract. The payment date shall be regarded as the date on which the funds are deposited in the contractor’s account. The registration fee may be paid prior to May 26, 2017.
Please note that the number of participants is restricted due to the limited capabilities of the venue, so please plan your participation in the Forum in advance.
