1996–2002: expert, consultant and councilor at the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
2002–2004: head of department of state service at the Ministry for Economic Development of Russia.
2004–2009: headed the department of state economic regulation at the Ministry for Economic Development of Russia.
On 7 December 2010, appointed head of the department of state management, regional development and local governance at the Government Administration of the Russian Federation.
May–November 2012: Deputy Governor and Prime Minister of the Moscow Region.
Since January 2014: Vice-President and Head of Department for Development of Small Business of Sberbank.
