Boris Tkachenko – CEO, IBLF Russia. “Youth Business Russia” Programme Manager. CEO, Mentoring Institute

He graduated as a Master in Law from Rostov-on-Don State University, continued with a post-graduate course in Law at the Institute of State and Law, Russian Academy of Sciences.
Boris has also extended his higher education in the fields of psychological consulting, organisational psychology and business training delivery. He has completed professional training programmes “Mentoring” and “Training in Cross-Sector Partnership”.
His past experience includes 20 years working on technical assistance projects, focused on the institutional, regulatory and legal framework for small and medium-sized business development in Russia.
Boris comes to IBLF from the Russian Microfinance Centre (RMC), where he was Executive Director.
Previously worked as Executive Director at the Russian Centre for Microfinancing.
