Natalia Larionova

Born on 4 May 1971 in the Moscow Region.
In 1995, she graduated with honours from the Department of Civil Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University specializing in Legal Studies.
In 2001, she graduated with honours from the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship under the Government of Moscow with a degree in Finance and Credit.
Professional Experience
Until 2004 she worked in small business, starting as an accountant.
In 2001, she dove into public work, and since 2002 she has been an expert for OPORA Russia. In 2004, she entered the civil service as a head of the business regulation, competition and advertising office of the Department of State Regulation of Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In August 2008, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Business, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow.
Since December 2010, she is a Director of the Department for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Business (since July 2012, Department for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Competition), Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow.
Since January 2015, she is a State Secretary, Deputy General Director, Member of the Board of the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Business.
