Graduated from Perm State Agricultural Academy in 1997, majoring in Economy of Agriculture, Urals Institute of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2003, majoring in Law and got an MBA from Moscow State University.
Currently CEO of Krasnokamskij Zavod Metallicheskih Setok JSC.
Main specialty: efficiency improvement of productivity and management. 15 years of practicing experience. KZMS is the latest project.
Took part in designing Labor Efficiency Improvement Program of OPORA RUSSIA.  
Head of the efficient production and productivity improvement of OPORA RUSSIA, Chairman of the Civil Society of Productivity Improvement (founded in 2012).
