2006: graduated from the Russian Institute of Economy and Finance in Financial Management.

December 2005–January 2010:  head of the Procurement Department of the Lipetsk city administration.

January 2010–May 2013: deputy head of the Commission Placement Centre at State Company Rossiyskie Avtomobilnie Dorogi.

May 2013–April 2015: CEO of Avtodor – Torgovye Systemy LLC.

April 2015: appointed Director of the Competitive Policies Department, State company ‘Russianhighways’ (‘Avtodor’).
