ACCREDITATION OF SME FORUM PARTICIPANTS

Accreditation badge is required to gain access to the Forum’s venue. The badge contains information about the holder and his/her photograph.

The badge is non-transferable, and transferring it to third parties is prohibited. Your badge and your passport (or any other form of ID) must be with you at all times for the duration of the Forum. The badge must be presented for security check upon request of the Forum security service employees.

Requirements for the badge photograph: a color JPEG photo, 480×640 pixels, the resolution of 300 dpi, a full-face photo, no headgear, the face occupies no less than 70% of the photograph. 

Collecting the badge

The badge is issued only upon the presentation of your ID (passport). When issuing the badges, the accreditation operator checks the information submitted at registration for being correct and up-to-date.

Collecting a participant’s badge by a third party acting on the power of attorney

If the badge is being released to a third party acting on the power of attorney, the authorized person must present:

Accreditation points’ working hours

The badge may be collected at an accreditation point in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Accreditation points start working in advance, before the start of the Forum events. We advise collecting your accreditation badge before the start of the Forum events.

Loss, theft, or damage to a badge must be immediately reported to any administrator of any information and services point, an accreditation point, or a Help Desk, or by calling +7 (812) 680 0000. The lost badge is blocked, and, pursuant to the badge holder's written application, a duplicate badge is issued at a Help Desk.
