For the past 20 years Mr. Fedorov has been developing his successful private business as well as participating in public political work. Currently he is the President of The Association of Internet Trade Companies and The Institute of Internet Development.
He is the founder and executive manager of 220 Volt Group — one of the largest Russian online stores.
Mr. Fedorov is a professional expert in e-commerce and currently participates in the expansion of the branch and its administrative control development. He is also the Internet+Commerce subgroup leader of the work group on Internet usage for domestic economy in building its new technological base and in social area of the Presidential Executive Office. Mr. Fedorov is a member of Expert Council on legislative support of financial technologies development of the State Duma Committee for financial market. He is a member of Ministry of Industry and Trade work group on strategic development of E-commerce under Denis Manturov’s leadership. He is also a member of expert council on competition development in retail industry of Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.
His work as President of The Association of Internet Trade Companies received positive feedback from Federal agencies while AITC initiatives are being developed by the Russian Government.
Mr. Fedorov is a regular speaker at issue-related conferences, forums and events. He has more than 1000 media articles, interviews and columns.
