Elena is an education engineer, expert on development of small and medium sized businesses. She joined the team of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2009. Prior to developing the educational programme for heads of small and medium businesses, she completed several important projects, which successfully operate today. These are corporate projects on operational management, structure development for organizational design and CRM implementation. In 2012, with the support of the school’s founding partners, Elena organised a project office to develop an intensive program for owners and directors of small and medium businesses in Russia. The programme is based on research on managerial tasks, the engineering approach to creating the training model and the project method adopted at the school.
